We review all cases and honor our return policy in issuing a replacement item to the customer in instances where products ordered arrive in any condition less than what was originally purchased and guaranteed.

Returning Photographs / Incorrect or Damaged Goods

If you received the wrong item or your item arrives in poor condition, you should notify Tomas Spanger Photography immediately. The following items must be completed within 30 days of receiving the item to receive a replacement:

  1. Contact Tomas Spangler Photography and Fedex with the tracking number of the shipment. Then, Fedex will send someone to inspect the box. Together, Fedex and Tomas Spangler Photography will handle the claim. Please save all original packaging materials.
  2. E-mail a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item and the shipping container to tomas@fotomas.com. In the e-mail, please include the your name, address and Fedex tracking number.
  3. If you received an incorrect photograph by error of Tomas Spangler Photography, you must return the item in order to receive your corrected, replacement item. Replacement items are only corrected and shipped once the original piece received is returned to the California studio. All returns should be addressed to:

  4. All requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
  5. Upon submitting your e-mail, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your request to be processed. An e-mail will be sent informing you that your request was received and that your refund or replacement is being processed.
